Can I get a personalized order?

Yes, of course, I am happy to add personalization to items, send me your ideas and we will discuss them. But please note that personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

What is the size of the bag?

Different designs of bags have different sizes, so I try to convey the size of the bag as accurately as possible in the descriptions and photos, but if you have doubts, do not hesitate to write and I will be happy to tell you all the details.

How long do you have to wait for the bag?

I try to do it as quickly as I can so that the quality of the bag is the best, so sometimes it can take up to 1 week to produce an order before shipping. If you need it urgently, or by a specific date, write to me and I will try to send it earlier.

Does the leather bag scratch easily?

Because of its softness the leather bag may get scratched during usage but with the simple care tips you can get rid of these marks easily and keep your bag in the original condition for a long time

In the process of usage your bag may get scratched or have some light glossy parts, here are some steps to treat your leather bag and keep it in good condition for a long time. • Remove scratches by rubbing them with dry soft cloth (most preferable wool) • Heat the leather with a simple hairdryer if the scratch/scar is deep in addition to the previous tip. • Remove dirt marks in places of high contact by pencil rubber • Use special treating products for suede (colorless) to keep leather in good condition. Please try it firstly on a small discreet area to make sure it will work properly. That's it

Can I make changes to my order?

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations are highly undesirable for any shop but if something went wrong and you decided to cancel your order for some reason please contact us within the 24 hours after ordering. Can I return or exchange my order?

Custom or personalized items can not be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items. If you would like to return a non-personalized item, please note - you have 14 days from item delivery to ship this item back to the seller, - buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, - the money will be returned after receiving the item in its original condition, - the money will be returned minus shipping cost and handling charges (5% of item's price)
