“Unfortunately these earring posts arrived with the plating flaking off of the back posts. Really disappointed as they were the main item I was planning to use for a gift. The post is also loose and wiggling.”

Edit: Selim of DSHE personally reached out to me to make things right after I expressed dissatisfaction. I was assured that this would be discussed with Selim’s colleagues to uphold top quality products and prevent situations like this from reoccurring. I’m really pleased with the customer service and how this situation was handled. DSHE taking my feedback seriously is very appreciated.
