The instructions are very detailed with many photos. There are also tips suitable for the project and other yarn recommendations. I chose 2 different knitting projects (knitting bear and knitted tiger) and started with the first one. So far it is going well and I am satisfied. Questions have not yet arisen, so I have not had to contact the saleswoman yet. But I am also still at the beginning of my bear project and very excited about the result.

Love these patterns the toys are so much fun to make and then there are so many gorgeous wee outfits you can make for them. Maria is so lovely everytime I have a question she answers quickly and is so helpful.
