I know, store bought lights are boring, plain and lifeless to look at and that you have seen them everywhere. You deserve to have so much more for your living space.

Embrace your endless love for Mother Nature and being out in nature with our delightful flower wooden pendant lights that will transform your living space and be immersed in the wonderment of designs inspired by Mother Nature's flawless beauty creations.

For those of us nature lovers, scenes like blooming flowers and birds singing in the Spring can be the little things that can make our heart open, but we don't get to enjoy these moments all year round .

You only miss the Sun when it starts to snow. When winter comes, we miss the sun and we miss chilling in nature; we miss the outdoor playful moments and the tastes of the Spring.

Motivated to create so that I could capture and preserve the cheerful moments of the season, I take gorgeous flowers and turn them into hanging lights that are made from eco-friendly materials like natural wood. Here I come with the "Seeds of the Sun" ceiling light series.

It's a fun mixture of nature's designs and the human hands; the end results are the sustainable, durable, and imperishable flowers that are vivid, full of life, colorful and glowing when they are illuminated at night. The colors, the light effects, the astonishing light patterns projected on the ceiling would fill your space with the frequencies of relaxation, lightness, easiness and contentment. The wooden flowers are blooming gracefully in oceans of light and darkness and they are here to tell you a story, the sun will shine on us again and the Spring will be soon to come. Keep your chin up and be chill!

No.7 in our "Seeds of the Sun" lights is the Marigold flower light.

When we talk about Marigolds, we immediately think of it as one of the most cheerful, colorful, beautiful, hardy and easy to grow flowers on Planet Earth. It's not difficult for us to spot a garden full of yellow, orange, and mixed red Marigold blooms as they grow pretty easily and in abundance from Spring till Fall.

Not only beautiful, Marigolds are also associated with the most positive meanings. They are symbolic for good luck and good fortune, and also protection from evil. In my country Vietnam, it also symbolizes longevity.

The lovely, cute little Marigolds gave me the inspiration to create this Marigold flower light. And I have the same intention for it as to my other lights in the "Seeds of the Sun" lights collection, that is, to turn perishable, delicate flowers with beautiful meanings into sturdy wooden unique decor items, made a light, and what we get is full of life and playful flowers blooming and flowing in ocean of lights and darkness at night.

What's special about our Marigolds wooden lamp?

The Marigold light is meticulously designed in a way that when the light fixture is illuminated, it would look so vividly alive and real with layers of lights and colors showing through differently among the layers from the bottom to the top.

On the vertical scale, it has 12 layers of petals. Between these layers, depending on where each layer locates, it receives different levels of lights from the light source (light bulb), which then decides how dark or light each layer would appear. You will see the bottom layer is the darkest, and as we move higher the layers become lighter showing different shades of yellow when it is mixed with lights. Together it creates fascinating shadow patterns on the wall and the ceiling in your room.

If you are wondering why there seems to be multiple colors as in the pictures, it has to do with the design of the Marigold light, and not because of different staining to parts of the light. The Marigold pendant light is in the natural wood (yellow) color. In day time, you would see the light fixture as a golden Marigold throughout. But when the light is on, the flower is alive and transforms your living space into an atmosphere that is delighting and relaxing.

Made from natural, eco-friendly, safe material, Natural wood. If you are into real wood and not any laminate-like materials, rest assured with the materials we use to make this lamp. The pieces are cut from 3mm high quality Natural Wood, protected with PU coatings so you can rest assured this Marigold lamp is very sturdy, durable and will last a very long time.
