All jewelry must be returned unworn, in their original condition. PACKAGING, and NO intentional damage. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We will issue a voucher code of the value of your order (shipping charges are non-refundable), once I receive the UNWORN item and see it is in its original condition and packaging.

Well-made jewelry pouches are used for standard packaging.
If you are purchasing a gift, you can mark your order as a gift and insert a gift message. We will use our card as a gift card.

• Gift packaging upgrade
If you pay for the upgrade, a gift box wrapped with typical Italian paper and tied with a beautiful bow will be used. We add a fine Italian handmade stationery set (a gift card with envelope) for your personalized gift message. We can either leave the card empty or write a gift message for you if you share with us the text

• Apply a thin layer of clear nail polish on any part of the jewelry that comes into contact with your skin, will keep your jewelry shiny longer.
• Keep your jewelry away from exposure to corrosive substance such as sea water and skincare products.
• Use the silver polish cloth we provided to gently clean vermeil/sterling silver jewelry.
• Use mild dish-washing soap, warm water and soft cloth to gently clean gold-plated/gold-filled jewelry.
• Use our zip-lock bag to store your jewelry and squeeze out all the air before sealing.
• Store your jewelry in a clean and dry place to ensure they remain in the best shape.
• Separate each piece from the other to avoid scratching, breaking and tangling.
