Custom and personalised orders

We love making personalised items! Please get in touch if you’d like something making especially for you. Our studio is fully stocked with all colours and textures of beautiful glass. The only limit is your imagination! With custom orders we require a 50% deposit to start. Your deposit is refundable until we cut the first piece of glass for your piece. If you decide not to continue with your custom order you will not receive a refund for any payments made and we will sell your piece on our shop to make up our costs. If you do not complete payments for your custom order within four months of work being completed then you will receive nothing (unless you’ve messaged us and arranged to pay over a longer time period).

Gift wrapping and packaging

We recycle packaging materials whenever possible. Packed with love and care to protect your order. Gift wrapping is currently not available although we’re happy to send gifts directly to the recipient. If an item is returned as undelivered please contact us to arrange payment for further shipping.

Wholesale availability

Interested in stocking our stained glass, fused glass or mosaics in your business? Need a bulk order for a wedding or party? Send us a message to discuss wholesale options. (Everything we make is fully customisable.) We offer discounts for wholesale orders - send us a message! :)

Issue with delivery? Contact us! :) If delivery is attempted, please contact your post office straight away! Your post office will hold onto your item for thirty days before it is returned to us. If you can’t get to your local post office then you can arrange delivery online. :) If your item is returned to us please contact us to arrange further shipping. No refunds will be given if your item is returned and you don’t wish to pay for further shipping(at your cost) - this will result in your item being resold. There are no exceptions to this - you agree to these policies when buying from us. We accept returns, please package your item securely and use a tracked service. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

A 500g tub of purple stained glass pieces. These offcuts are a mixture of different glasses - transparent (cathedral), wispy, iridescent and textured glass - suitable for mosaics, sun catchers, stained glass windows, general crafting, etc.

Each tub is a mixture of shades and sizes. A great selection of shapes and colour variation for mosaics and glass crafting. Majority of glass is 3mm thick. As these are offcuts from my studio there will be pen on some pieces. This cleans off easily with nail varnish remover.
