The seller did an amazing job! They matched what our dogs looked like 100% and were quick to respond to inquiries. I ordered the product in December, and they asked if I needed it by Christmas. I told them I wouldn't need it until March. By February I was getting nervous that I hadn't heard anything. However, they responded right away to my concerns, which helped to ease the concern that I was getting scammed. Once I received the tracking information at the end of March, it only took 5 days to arrive at my house in the United States. It was a wonderful gift for my Fiancé for our wedding day and I would definitely order again!

I was expecting the quality of the pocket square to be thicker / structured hence I gave it a 4 star. That said, I'm happy & satisfied with the embroidery, which was the main reason I purchased this item. The main problem with this order was the delivery. It took more than 1 month to reach Singapore (purchased on 13 Jan and the item arrived 28 Feb, when the expected delivery was early Feb). Initially when I noticed the tracking status remained the same for more than 1 week I reached out to the seller but the seller but the response was slower than before. The weeks of waiting for the item to arrive and the average 3 days of waiting to receive a reply from the seller was rather nerve-racking because I needed this item for my wedding. I'm glad that in the end the item arrived 2 days before I left.
