Do you accept returns or cancellations?

We have a 30% restocking fee for returning any concrete products as they are made to order. A 30% restocking fee will also apply if the item has already been cast. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions. Please also note that our customers are responsible for return shipping.

What are the lead times?

Lead times vary by product and can change depending on the demand for each style. The average lead time for the majority of our products is approximately 8-10 weeks until the item is ready to be shipped out. For our more popular models, this lead time can be up to 14 weeks. Please contact our team specifying your deadline, as we may expedite the production of a product for a fee.

My sink arrived damaged, what do I do?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. Please send us clear photos of the damage and your order number. Our customer support team will assist you right away with a solution.

Can I expedite my order's shipping?

Depending on the items you've ordered, we may be able to expedite production and/or shipping for an additional fee. Please keep in mind, some of our products ship on a pallet via freight carrier and cannot be expedited. For additional information, please contact us.

Are all of your sinks wall mountable?

Not all of our sinks are wall mountable, but we do have a wide range of mounts for a variety of our sinks. Check out our Wall Mount Bracket listing for more information, or contact us to ensure compatibility between items.

Can I use any plumbing fixtures with your sinks, or do I have to use yours?

All of our sinks are designed with drain hole measurements compatible with standard plumbing. As our sinks are made to order, we can often accommodate other faucet measurements, just send us the PDF specification sheet of your faucet and we’ll be happy to!

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 12 month limited, structural warranty from the date the product was released. Please contact us for our complete warranty policy.

Care Please use standard care and precautions with your concrete products. Concrete is extremely durable; however it is not indestructible. Excessive force can damage your piece. Sealer To ensure the longevity of our products, we apply a thin coat of high performance sealer that enhances the colors and protects the sink from wear and staining. Please ensure that you do not use tape (painters tape, duct tape, etc.) on the products as this may cause damage to the sealer.

Concrete is naturally porous. While our sealer offers protection, promptly cleaning spills helps maintain your product’s longevity. For general cleaning, use a soft cloth with warm water and a mild, pH-neutral dish soap. Avoid usage of abrasive cleaners, soaps or harsh scrubbers that could potentially wear down the sealer. We recommend using mild, non-abrasive, non-ammonia, non-acidic, non-vinegar, non-bleach soaps and cleaners. If your product gets in contact with any of the below chemicals or liquids, clean promptly to avoid staining. This includes highly acidic liquids (lemon juice, mustard, vinegar, wine, soda, citric acid, tomatoes) and other harsh chemicals or solvents (perfumes, ammonia, acetone, hydrogen peroxide, etc.).
