This item was listed as a hand/bath towel bar. Well this would absolutely be suitable for a hand and bath towel set, it is way too deep to be used in a small bathroom or for a single hand towel. It is easily 4 in deep, which is not clearly depicted or noted in the item description. When I reached out to the seller to request an exchange for the hand towel ring, they were unsympathetic and to their return policy- which is no returns. Returns. Just be careful and make sure to ask any questions you have prior to purchase!

This customer contacted us privately, 3 months after receiving the item, to ask about returning it. While we DO offer returns within a reasonable window of time, it is not possible for us to offer them indefinitely. We CANNOT process a return after the window of returns is closed. We would have happily accommodated her request if she would have contacted us during the period of returns. The item is clearly pictured in the listing to show how it is made. It does not seem fair to receive a 1-star review simply because we did not process a return that was requested 3 months after receiving the item.
