How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). If you have an issue with the product or anything else on the order, please shoot us a message ASAP.

What if an order gets lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with your customer that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check that your customer got in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order. Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but your customer thinks they haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

Can I check the delivery?

All orders with be provided with a tracking number.

How should I clean my hats?

The best way to clean your caps is to hand-wash them instead of placing them in a washing machine. This will help with retaining their shape and won't diminish the quality of the embroidered design. We recommend you wash them with a mild detergent (not bleach), in lukewarm water. If there are any spots that require more attention, you can use a damp cloth, but don't use brushes.

How long does the embroidery/fulfillment process usually take?

2–7 business days for all our products.

We lost our darling Jindo in a house fire recently. I think of her always and have surrounded myself with reminders of how special she was in the short year and one week that we had her.
