***New additon*** I can Laser Engrave your logo or whatever you choose onto the inserts. There is a small fee to do this, and it will add time to the order. See the last photo with my shop logo for ideas. I have also engraved on the Insert what the insert is for, such as 45 degree, Thin Kerf, Size range of dados.

Remove your Riving knife for the initial cut, depending on where your riving knife is set it will interfere with the insert on the first initial cut.

Zero Clearance insert for Ridgid 4560 Table saw. New insert allow you to choose what blade you want, and unlike factory insert keeps small pieces of wood from falling down into saw and clogging the dust collection port.

Can be used with standard single blades or Dado blades.

The insert has a pocket to allow use of the Riving Knife if you still use one of those.

A pocket is machined on the underside to allow for the initial cut to be done with a standard 10" saw blade, rather than having to change out your blade to a smaller dado blade to make that initial cut. This allows for you to make the perfect cut once that will fit the blade you use most often.

Made from 1/2" MDF and was machined with the fewest pockets as possible so that it is a very sturdy substitute for the insert that comes with this saw
