We are unfortunately not able to influence or expedite the shipping of specific orders. Most orders arrive within 10 business days after dispatch. Please do get back in touch with us if the order doesn't arrive by then and we will be able to send you replacements or issue a refund. Please note that if orders are returned to us as 'unclaimed' or 'undeliverable', or an incorrect address is provided, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost. We will be happy to resend the order if the shipping fee is paid again (please contact us for details).

Refunds for unwanted items or if the wrong size is ordered

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, as we do not provide return labels. Please be advised that our posters are printed on demand. It is crucial to ensure the accurate sizing upon purchase, as we are unable to accommodate exchanges or issue refunds for incorrect sizes. Additionally, please note that we do not accept returns or offer exchanges in cases where customers change their minds or find that the print does not suit their walls.

What if the tracking shows the item has been delivered but I haven't received it?

While very rare, in such a case, we will carry out various measures to determine the whereabouts of the item. If the item cannot be discovered, the print can be reordered again with a substantial discount applied. Unfortunately, we don't repost or refund orders when the tracking clearly states delivery has taken place.

In case you're not sure about the sizes please do ask first as we're not able to accept returns when the wrong size is ordered.

All posters are printed and shipped locally from UK|US|EU|AU|CAN and 30 other countries. Delivery time is 3-7 business days to most countries but sometimes it can take up to 10 business days.
