To request a preview, please send us a message/convo with your complete text for stamp customization, and a link to the listing in our shop on Etsy. It does not cost you a dime, and NO obligation to purchase if you don't like it.

Yes, we will gladly send you a proof for approval in the following two cases:

A) If you request to see a proof before stamp is made. Simply write "Proof please", after your text for customization in the "Note to shop" box before completing your order. For example,

B) Mandatory proof -- rarely, depending on the particular stamp design and your text for customization, if it just doesn't look right, we will send you a proof to confirm, and perhaps offer you a few other options apart from the preset design to choose from.

Note: Proofs will add a few days extra on top of our regular processing and delivery times.

Yes, please send over your artwork and any applicable text so we have look and confirm it can be turned into a stamp. For best results, we prefer vector file formats (all text converted into curves/outlines), or a black and white image of at least 300dpi resolution.
