We have many choices to make it exactly how you want it.

I do recommend only putting your name and phone number. Address is really not needed these days and if they see your address they might not call you and send it to your home when in fact you may be heading somewhere else. (personal experience)

Here is how it works. In the comments box when you place an order specify what you would like on your tags and if you would like you words horizontal ( like they are in the photos) or vertical so when the tag hangs you can read it.

I have given options in the photos which you can choose from in the variations list above the "add to cart " button. The 5 dye color options you would like (shown in photo 2 )
As well as if you would like a border or no border and what color metal rivets ( shown in photo 3)

I ordered this as a Father's Day gift and was hoping it would come in time since I placed the order only 2 weeks before Father's Day. However, it was the fastest service I have ever experienced!
