With its hot weather-friendly shorter sleeves and its cute, feminine ruffles, our Cora Blouse is a perfect companion for my bodices and corsets. It has soft stretch baby elastic at the neckline and armbands for wear both on and off the shoulders, and is made from a lightweight 75% Polyester, 25% Rayon crushed, shimmery, iridescent satin gauze. For a synthetic blend, we have found that our shimmery iridescent fabrics work surprisingly well at hot faires. The gauze still allows for air flow, and the interior of the fabric does a fabulous job of wicking away sweat, which is kind of a big deal in the heat!

All interior seams are neatly serged for durability. Machine wash cold or hand wash, hang to dry (drying in a machine will promote pilling!). Do not wring dry. Rayon is weak when wet, and you can damage your chemise!

Generally, your corset size is your actual waist measurement (taken firmly but *not* restrictively), minus 4-5", whichever is an even number. Other variables like bust, ribcage, upper hip, and torso height measurements can come into play in helping determine which style will fit you best. To be absolutely sure before purchasing, drop me a convo, and I will be happy to help walk you through the sizing process.

What a beautiful top! I was uncertain about the length, but the seller was quick and professional in their response, and I'm extremely pleased with the purchase. I bought the plum color, and the fabric is deep and shimmery and hand-washed well. I plan to buy more in other colors.
