WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Items must be returned in the same condition received.

IS SHIPPING REFUNDED?
Buyer will receive a full refund less shipping costs. This includes the actual amount we spent to ship your order, even if you were not charged for shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

WHAT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
Sale items or sealed items that have been opened are not eligible for return. Items showing signs of wear or those which have been altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Unauthorized returns will be rejected. We do not accept returns from buyers outside the US.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

1. Obtain a return authorization on your eligible item by contacting us via etsy Messages.
2. Securely package your product(s) in the same manner received.
3. Affix your shipping label onto the outside of a sealed package and drop it off at your local post office.
4. Provide us with the tracking number.

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Items showing signs of wear or those which have been altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. You should expect to receive your full refund less original shipping costs within 2 Business Days upon verified and tracked receipt of your return package.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please follow the above steps for RETURNS and return your eligible item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags when applicable) within 30 days using your return credit in exchange for another item.
