Once the package leaves our facility, the buyer takes possession. The responsibility to open an inquiry with USPS falls on the buyer and not the seller.

There is an option to purchase shipping insurance at checkout, which ensures that your order will either be remade or refunded if your package is lost.

Traditionally monograms are first LAST middle (fLm). The name Amanda Elyse Jones should be entered as aJe.

If you select a font where the letters should all be one size, you should enter the monogram as first middle last (fml). The name Amanda Elyse Jones should be entered as aej.

It's helpful to include the full name as well.

5PM Pacific Time is our daily cutoff regarding processing time. For example, if an order is placed at 11PM on a Monday night with a 1 week processing time, it would ship by the next Tuesday (NOT Monday).
