Came from overseas, but for that, shipping was faster than expected. The koala is precious and looks to be very well done. It did smell of soap (maybe it was a perfume?), so I'm not sure if it was washed before packaging or what, but I was very eager for the organic cotton for a reason. Since our weather is bad today, I just put some essential oil on a soft blanket and threw that and the koala into the dryer for twenty minutes to try to air it out and that seems to have worked -- eo and soap smell, both, gone! Now baby's got his koala and it's just the right size for him!

We actually asked for a few changes to the existing, super cute products and did a mix and match set. We're happy GulizarCraft was very kind to let us do that. The quality is great. I honestly was surprised on how firm the items were but I am coming to love that because it does hold up better. Plus, the cotton yarn material quality used was very well chosen. We have had no fraying issues like the other acrylic yarn toys we got elsewhere. The product is definitely as it's promised to be and exceeded our expectations in terms of play. Baby has learned to play with all the items from this set in many safe, different ways then just the intended use of them. Like he's slowly learning his alphabet song because he's always pointing and intrigued by the letter beads and he's also learning about movements and clothes with his bear.
