As each of our products is handcrafted to order, the processing time associated with each is usually slightly longer than a 'normal' retail store. We always endeavour to ship orders as soon as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for a product/order to be despatched.

On the other hand, we understand that customers often have time-sensitive requirements and may need their items much sooner, so please feel free to send us a message to inquire about our express crafting and shipping services. We are confident that we will be able to accommodate most rush requests within a reasonable notice period.

We never aim to profit from shipping and will always pass this on at cost rate.

Shipping fees may vary due to the bulky and heavy nature of the products we sell, especially when placing multiple product/large orders, therefore additional shipping charges to those listed may be incurred. We will always discuss any additional fees and/or courier options with you before proceeding to ensure that there are no surprises at a later time.

Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange collection of your own orders from our workshop if you have agreed better rates with your own courier service.

We glady accept international orders. However, please allow anywhere between 1-6 weeks for delivery, as the delivery date often varies depending on the local postal service and customs clearance process. Express and tracked international services are available for time-sensitive orders, but additional fees may apply.

Please note that depending on the destination, local taxes/duties may be applicable for shipments outside of the UK. These are usually imposed once the shipment has reached the country of destination and it is the responsibility of the buyer and not the vendor to clear any such charges.
