Vintage from the 1950s

A female duck or mallard figurine made of white clay, probably in France.
A realistic shape covered in a nice beige-brown glaze. The beak, eyes, webbed feet and the tail feathers are black with a blue purple hue. The duck is depicted in an attacking (or defensive) position. Probably made somewhere in the Fifties.
The length is 22cm, width 10,5cm, height 9cm, weight 394 grams.
The condition is excellent.
