How can I print my files?

After downloading the item can be printed immediately. You can print your files at home or at local print shops or at online printing services.

Where can I find my files?

After your purchase you can find them here: You > Purchases and reviews > Click the button "Download Files". The button is located on the right side.

Which paper should I use?

We suggest you use white cardstock paper. If you frame your picture we suggest you use matte paper. If you print your files at home please keep in mind which kind of paper your printer accepts.

What is a printable file and what does 300dpi?

Printable file means that you purchase a file that you will be able to download onto your computer or smartphone after your purchase. 300 dpi is the standard quality for printing. You don't need to make any adjustments on your printer for this.

Can I receive a different file format or size?

Yes - we offer one FREE custom size for prints & posters (Note: this does not apply for templates and worksheets).

Do you offer refunds?

I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalised orders and DIGITAL DOWNLOADS of my prints, worksheets any templates.
