These bags are so cute!! I cannot wait to give them to my braidsmaids on my wedding day. The quality is so good, and the customer service response was fast and amazing! Overall the item is super cute and exactly what I wanted! I ordered these makeup bags for my bridesmaids and absolutely love them. I did have a huge shipping issue that wasn’t their fault, but the store was not very helpful at all and basically told me I was on my own since they fulfilled their end of the bargain by sending it out. After being lost for 7 days, spending 2 days calling/going to the post office, they finally found it luckily. Again, it wasn’t the store’s fault, but really would have appreciated more compassion or help resolving the issue.
