Hello!! These are custom made, hand painted, iPhone or Android cases! Using Acrylic paint, I can paint any anime / manga / cartoon character you’d like!

Ordering is easy! 🌟

Simply choose your *Phone size, and in the 'Personalization' tab write your single chosen character! (I do not paint multiple characters on a single case! Also, Reference photos of desired character are recommended ~it helps me clarify who they are and what you expect to be painted~ to send, message me via Etsy messenges!) *If you do not see your phone size please message me, or write it in the personalization tab, along with the character*

Once your order is placed, you can clarify your order in the messaging on Etsy and I will reply the same day. *Also, depending on amount of current orders! -> Processing time may be up to 1-4 weeks* <3

IF IT’S A GIFT:
- Please mark the item as a gift if it is going to be shipped to another individuals address, or you need it to come without a packing slip (receipt).
- If you would like wrapping paper- you must select it in the checkout area. Same with a custom note.
(Otherwise, there will be no difference in packing besides no packing slip (receipt) inside.)
- You may also just mark it as a gift with gift wrapping to yourself, to then give to the individual, just open the shipping package carefully! 🎁

**Disclaimers**

- If you do not send a specific image, or specify clearly, I will choose what is painted!

- In season, with many orders at once, cases may take up to one month (3-4 weeks) to process and get shipped to you, please understand I also work full time and this is not my primary line of work!

- The painting is SEALED with Mod Podge and will protect it from ‘coming off, adhering or melting’ to your phone!

- NO refunds, or exchanges unless the case is significantly damaged upon its arrival to you! Proof is necessary. Simply being unhappy with the case does not qualify for a refund -> (Unless you ship the case and all items back to ArtwithKT, the customer is responsible for returned shipping costs.)

**CLEANING CARE**

- Please be gentle while cleaning your case, do not scratch or use harsh or wet material to clean. Use a DRY lens cloth, microfiber towel, or Kleenex to gently wipe the surface on the painted back. (On the front / non-painted parts you may do as you please, just be cautious about the paintings' edges!)

NOTE:
Each case is 100% handmade specifically for you, there may be minor imperfections, but I do my best to give you the best quality!
