- due to shipping being free, a Minimum of 2 glasses are required on each order - Items are shipped within the given time frame on each listing. - If an item is shipped to the US please allow additional time to pass through customs. Items get held up and unfortunately we can not prevent this from happening so it could delay shipping. - over the holidays there may be some delays with Canada Post, so please keep that in mind when ordering in the month of December.

What if my order has a damaged item?

I highly recommend inspecting your order once it has been delivered. I will replace any damages caused by shipping within 1 week of your item being marked as "Delivered" by Canada Post at no charge. Any items that are damaged after the 1 week period will be replaced for free but I do ask that the shipping be covered by the buyer. *Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it :) *

When ordering for the holidays please keep in mind the turn around time & shipping time. I bought this for my friend in Canada for Christmas. I knew she'd love it (when I was visiting we went to the town/motel and had a little Schitt's Creek day). I wanted something to commemorate that. She loved this tote! Now I want one. Also, I really appreciated the wrapping and how it had a QR code on it. I sent her other items from Etsy, so that really helped me know when she should open this one.
