Since a majority of the pieces in my shop are not solid gold, I do not recommend exposing them to excessive amounts of water and chemicals such as sunscreen, makeup, perfume, and lotion. Gold-filled jewelry is made to withstand these exposures a lot longer than gold-plated, but please keep in mind it is still not solid-gold, it is a more affordable alternative that is just as beautiful and will last very long if taken care of properly. I recommend to also take your treasured pieces off at night and polish them every now and then and store them in a dry place! :)

I do offer personalized gift notes, which I will write myself. I can draw simple illustrations as well, just request it in the personalized section. :) I also always gift wrap all orders in a unique packaging that is environmentally conscious.

In order to reduce waste, multiple quantity orders may be packaged together. If you'd like a separate gift wrap per jewelry piece, please let me know during checkout in note to seller.

If you wish to exchange for a different size/length, please message me and I will be happy to exchange your item for a different size :). For a shorter length/smaller size, I will refund you the price difference as well as charge $7 to cover shipping and handling costs. For a longer length/larger size, the fee will be the price difference plus $7 to cover shipping and handling costs.

Please note that 14" necklace lengths are choker styles. If you have a custom length that is not already offered, I am happy to create your custom necklace length for you! Just send me a message. :)

I offer extension chains on every necklace/bracelet as well as Jump Rings to adjust the length by 1" or 2". Just message me and I will work with you to add this to your order :)

All gold filled material will not tarnish for decades to come as long as you take care of it properly. For gold plated items, it will keep its shine and not tarnish for years as long as you take extra care of it (polishing lightly after use, no lotion/perfume/chemical contact, and not water). I recommend to take your jewelry off before bed and lightly wiping any lotion/sweat/makeup residue off and keeping it in a dry closed pouch or box. This will ensure your jewelry piece will keep its shine and continue to glimmer for years to come! :)

I understand its difficult to follow these rules religiously, I offer a 1 year warranty on all pieces. Message me for more details :)

I am happy to repair any damaged pieces as long as I find that it is at fault on my end. Please just message me and will be happy to repair it free of charge if it is within 1 year of purchase.

When an item is returned for reasons that are not due to the fault of my production, I will deduct a $7 restocking fee.
