When will I receive my order?

Production takes 1-3 days. Shipping is handled by ShipEntegra and the estimated shipping time depends on your address. Orders are expected to be delivered via DHL Express, FedEx or UPS within 1-2 business days to USA, 2-3 days to the Europe and Canada, and 3-5 days to other countries.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I create a gift-card with the image you have ordered if you leave a gift note with your order. I am currently unable to offer a gift packaging due to the size of the item.

Will you ship to another address?

No. For your protection and mine, I do not ship to an address that isn't on the order's receipt.

The rug I'd ordered from ForYouHome had issues when I washed it where I just could not get rid of wrinkles. ForYouHome had incredibly nice, polite, and effective customer service when handling my issue and, after trying numerous solutions with them, they ended up sending me a new rug, with a new type of backing that fixed my issue! I had to spot clean it, like I did the last one, and this time it dried just like new! I'm so happy with ForYouHome that I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks and purchase my next rug from them. <3

The rug effect photographs well but in reality dos not meet expectations. Watch out for the additional £62 Customs surprise too making this a very expensive mistake!
