Please store our cones in the freezer until you are ready to use them! Storing them like this will keep the staining power strong indefinitely (6 months to a year). In addition, please follow all instructions included in your package when you recieve it, especially if you ordered cones or paste! This is important in order to get the best stain possible!

Can our henna be used for freckles?

Yes, they can! Just make sure you are applying the henna to clear clean skin free of oils and lotions so that the henna may stain fully.

Refund, Return, & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges, due to the nature of our products. However, the window to receive a refund for any order issues where we are at fault is 15 days. We will not offer refunds to any issues with your order brought to our attention after 15 days from the date your order was delivered.

Is jagua “black henna”?

No, jagua is NOT black henna. In fact, jagua is not henna at all. Jagua gel comes from the Genipa Americana fruit grown in Central & South America. It stains a dark blue - black color, and is free from any dyes, preservatives, or toxic chemicals (including PPD), making it far superior to the very dangerous “black henna”. If you have citrus allergies I would recommend spot testing before doing a full design.
