This is such a precious piece. Its a vintage (antique) Afghan child's vest made out of hand embroidered fabric decorated with safety pins, buttons, zippers, chains. It might have been made in Pakistan. The fabric inside looks like old Indian cotton quilt. Its perfect, its beautiful and it is one of my favorite pieces of clothing. Hand embroidered, handmade.
