What happens when an item is damaged by the shipper or lost in the mail?

Why is my package taking so long

We use USPS for our smaller packages. USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE. In case your package happens to be delayed, please contact us to help file a case with them for your package to be investigated! If you would prefer a UPS or FedEx instead, you will have to contact us to create a private listing for you including the cost of shipping. You will not be eligible for free shipping of orders that are meant to be free shipping. We appreciate your support, patience and understanding.

Can you just give me a full refund since my package never arrived?

We are sorry, we are a local small business owners. We sell handmade products and aren’t a big company at all! If we keep refunding or send replacement package to every orders that is been delayed by the post office, this is a loss at our end and affects our business. Please try bare patience with us. This gel-like vulva wash here is one of it’s kind Vulva Wash that offers all the goodness to keep it healthy without any irritation. It’s soothing, detoxes, cleanses, tightens and helps with balancing the pH which helps protect bacteria.

When people say yoni/vagina, they are actually referring to the vulva, the outer part of the yoni. The vagina itself is the canal(hole) that connects the cervix to the vulva.

The vagina can be self cleansing but the vulva isn’t. A healthy yoni/vulva should be moderately acidic to be protected. It creates a barrier that prevents unhealthy bacteria and yeast from multiplying too quickly and causing infection.

That’s why we provide to you a Yoni(Vulva) Wash made with Apple cider vinegar and Rose Water to help balance pH, Sidr leaves for cleansing & detox, acacia pods, bitter melon with mild musk tahaarah scent to aid with tightening and smelling fresh and mild peppermint essential oil for soothing effect. Made with mild surfactants that are very gentle.

Ingredients: Decyl glycoside, cocamidopropyl betaine, Sidr leaves, acacia pods, Bitter melon, ACV, Rose water, musk tahaarah, peppermint essential oil & natural preservative(optiphen plus).
