I need about 2 weeks to get your custom order ready if I do not have the supplies on hand. This does not include my shoe charms. I do not take request for those at the moment.

Gift wrapping and packaging

There may come a time that the glue may detach itself from the shoe charm. They can easily be re-glued with a great super glue. My snap jewelry is interchangeable so that is why you are able to take the centers off. To clean the shoe charms, please use a delicate soap with warm water, Dirt should come off easily unless scratched.

I add the sizing of my products in each description getting it as close to the correct size as possible. Please be sure the sizing suits you before ordering.

If your package is lost for whatever reason. Please check the status of your order using the tracking number provided, From there please contact your local post office for an updated status. I am not in control of the mail and cannot give you a correct answer to where it may be having the same tracking information that you have.

Why are my prices higher than other sellers?

My prices are higher than other charms because I create my own designs. If you see the same ones somewhere else , well that is because they were recreated.

Why is my shipping high?

My shipping prices are average.

Why are my charms not the same as the crocs stores charms?

1. The material of my charms are different.

I accept most returns. I do not accept earrings. I do not exchange. If your package arrives damaged please contact your post office and file a claim with them. If there is a piece or something missing from your package please contact me within 5 days within delivery.

shoe charm measures around 1 inch long. It is made with an resin/rubber material. It is made with a Eco friendly, non toxic OEM,ODM material. It's soft PVC. This can be used for some sort of project or you can wear it in your shoes that have the holes. BPA free These can also be added on the silicone bracelets with the holes.

Simply push them in at a 45 degree in the desired hole of the shoe. The fabric of the shoe will gently open as it is... Push downwards so the black base of the shoe charm snaps into place. Now turn your shoe charm to the desired direction.
