Please handle your garments with care and read all garment care labels carefully.

Do not leave garments to soak and do not wring, rub, twist or spin dry your items; hang products to dry or allow to dry flat.

We don't recommend to put any silk garments in the washing machine or dryer as this may damage the fabric.

Garments should be ironed inside out.

We will accept return items if they meet the following guidelines:
- contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 7 days of delivery;
- item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags attached. Buyer is responsible in any loss in value;
- buyer is responsible for any charge to return and restocking fee;
- refund will be issued within 48 hours if all required conditions are applied.

You can't return following items:
✘ underwear
✘ items bought on sale

Please note, if you refuse to accept or reject the package because you refuse to pay customs fees, we will issue a refund less the shipping cost.

We carefully make and pack all orders in our studio in Kyiv, Ukraine. Then we gather all packed orders into one consolidated shipment and send it to our shipping partner's office (located in Pennsylvania, USA) via DHL, who delivers shipments there within 2-4 working days and almost without delays. As soon as the office receives the consolidated packages, they divide this consolidated shipment and immediately send them to the USPS. Delivery in the USA takes from 1 to 3 days usually, thereby ensuring quick delivery to you.
Delivery to Canada, Australia, Mexico and some other countries is also carried out through the office in the USA and takes normally about 7-10 business days.

So even though you will see the stamp which says that your package arrived from Pennsylvania, don’t doubt we personally packed your order and sent it from Kyiv. And if for some reason you would like to exchange or return your order, you need to send it to Kyiv, Ukraine, not back to Pennsylvania.

The item was never delivered

We meticulously crafted and dispatched the skirt to the address provided at checkout. According to the tracking, the package was successfully delivered. However, the buyer later said that she did not receive it. We promptly contacted the postal service and initiated an investigation into the delivery. Further communication with Natia revealed that the address she provided on the order was incorrect. We find this review to be unfair, it’s unfair for someone to provide an incorrect address and then blame us for delivering the order there :( Dear buyers, we pour our hearts into crafting every garment, please ensure that you double-check the address you provide. If you notice any mistakes, contact us immediately. We can attempt to change the address details only if the order has not yet been delivered<3
