“Processing time” is the time it takes for us to make your order BEFORE it is shipped out. We design, assemble and package all orders during this time.

Our current processing time is 3-6 business days. “Business days” exclude weekends and holidays.

“Business days” include Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

U.S.A ORDERS: tracking # is included with any order, this will be available on your order details once package is mailed.

After package leaves my hands, I do not have control of it, I am NOT responsible for lost or delayed packages, however you can contact your local post office with tracking number.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, if you have any questions please message prior purchase.

Orders are shipped to the exact address provided by the buyer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

If an incorrect address is submitted, we are UNABLE to change it to be protected by site policies, in this case msg for refund so you can place a new order with correct shipping address.

If your order has already been shipped to the address provided, unfortunately at this point we are not able to change the shipping destination.

If your order is sent back to us due to an undeliverable, invalid, or wrong address then the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping fees. Refunds will not be provided for orders shipped to a wrong address, if the wrong address was provided to us by the buyer.
