Exchanges or returns on INTERNATIONAL (outside of the U.S.) orders.

Sorry, I don't offer size exchange or returns on international orders.

Why the 14K Yellow gold Filled is not bright yellow?

The 14K gold filled material is not as yellow as gold plated after high temperature soldering. Therefore, the color might not match your existing jewelry.

Return or exchange policy ( U.S only)

Please message me 14 days upon delivered for return or exchange requests. The return postage is responsible by buyers.

Will the 14K Gold Filled ring tarnish?

Our 14k gold filled rings are high quality gold filled. The gold layer is thick and at least 5% of the total weight. Customers can wear it every day on finger and it won't tarnish.

What are the bass metals?

The base metal for 14k Gold Filled is Brass. The base metal for 14K Rose Gold Filled is Copper. The base metal for 14K Gold Vermeil is 925 Sterling Silver.

very pretty. I just love Argentium silver. it's so strong & a white silver 934! I don't have to worry about flattening out the ring from driving. I wish there could be the ability to add a stone, but I understand.
