『PACKAGING』

I’d love to tell you I have a standard packaging style… but nope, not even close. Why? Because I create each package like a mini art project, inspired by the moment and the mood (and sometimes how much coffee I’ve had).

There’s no “one-size-fits-all” here — just a whole lot of heart. If you’ve chosen one of my handmade pieces, you’re already a gift to me. So naturally, you deserve packaging that feels like a little celebration.

Long story short: every order is wrapped with enough love and care to make it gift-ready — even if the gift is for your fabulous self (which, by the way, I fully encourage).

『SHIPPING』

🚚 Shipping Info (a little chaos, a lot of love)
Officially, I ask for up to 3 days to prepare your order… but between us, I usually ship it out the next day (I get too excited, what can I say?).

📦 UK Orders
Shipped with tracking — so you’ll know exactly when your goodies are on their way!

🌍 International Orders
By default, international shipping comes without tracking, because tracked shipping prices have sadly climbed beyond what I can afford to include. BUT, if you’d like tracked delivery (especially recommended if you live in “mysteriously disappearing mail” zones), there’s a tracking option at checkout!

If you need a tracking number, please make sure to choose the tracked shipping option 🙏

⏳ Delivery Times
Etsy likes to dream big with delivery dates, but here’s what’s more realistic:

EU: around 15–20 days

US: 15–30 days
(Sometimes less, sometimes more — international mail is basically a lucky dip.)

📬 Lost? Late? Stress not.
If your package pulls a disappearing act or takes longer than expected, just message me! I promise I’ve got a solution for (almost) everything, and I’m always here to help.

『REFUNDS』

Maybe you didn't like it, you didn't feel comfortable. There is no problem with the return. I will refund the same fee except for postage. The important thing is that you feel happy and well.

『REMINDING』

🛠️ Handmade = One of a Kind
All of my pieces are handmade, so teeny tiny differences between items are totally normal — and part of their charm! Like snowflakes, but shinier.

🎨 Custom Designs
Unfortunately, I can’t offer custom designs for orders under 500 pieces (yep, 500 😅). That’s because creating a new mold is a whole production — like, literally.

🔤 Engraving?
Sorry, I don’t offer engraving. It can damage the silver cladding on the jewelry and that’s a no-go in my book!

⚠️ A Word About Tarnishing
Tarnish complaints are super rare (yay!), and so far, mostly related to rings. But let’s talk prevention:
Silver cladding doesn’t love perfumes, creams, or other chemical buddies. These can react with the surface, depending on their acidity, and cause the silver layer to wear off — revealing the brass underneath.
So, to keep your piece looking fab:

Avoid chemical contact

Store it in a closed box when you're not wearing it
This helps prevent oxidation and keeps the sparkle alive!

✨ If It Still Darkens…
No worries! Just dampen a soft, velvet-like cloth and gently polish the item. Boom — shine restored!
