That wonderful feeling as you walk under the canopy of the trees when nature washes away all your stress.
« Shinrin-Yoku » is the Japanese term for « forest bathing » or the sense of Well-being you experience while being in nature.
I love walking in the woods and then interpreting my walk in a meditative way through the manipulation of art materials. Wonderful medicine for the soul. This piece was created in February 2021 during lockdown where most of my time was spent on the trails or in my studio.
