After purchase and on or before your order due date, I WILL CUSTOMIZE THE LOGO with your business name and send you your logo via email or hightail (on-line file delivery service) depending on the size of the files and any extra add ons you have ordered.

COMMUNICATION IS KEY TO A GREAT TRANSACTION. I must have your approval before I can send any files to you, so please respond to my messages as promptly as possible. Lack of response after 10 Business Days will be considered an abandoned order. I will mark your order as shipped. If you wish to continue with your order, there will be a $10 reinstatement fee for abandoned orders.
