All orders will receive care instructions with the items found on the packing slip. Most of our items are either 100% premium cotton or a cotton blend. They are made of quality fabrics, but cotton will shrink when exposed to heat so we recommend washing all cotton fabrics in cool water and drying on low heat or hanging to dry. Care For Vinyl Print and Screenprints: We recommend turning the garment inside out washing with cold water and laying flat to dry. Tutu- Wash by hand ONLY. Don't wash in washing machine. Embroidery: We love embroidery for it's durable timeless design. It can be washed without any worry of the design being altered in any way. Please follow the above care instructions for cotton garments.

What Brands do you use?

"To provide you with a wide selection of colors and sizes, we partner with several different apparel brands. Due to industry-wide inventory shortages, the brand of the item you receive may vary from the one shown in the mockup photo. We use mockups to showcase the design and available color choices. We ensure that the size and color you order will be accurate, and any brand used will be of comparable high quality. Thank you for your understanding!"

We gladly accept exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to start the process. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange (both for returning the original item and for sending the new item). All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Once we receive the original item, we will contact you with a listing to cover the shipping cost for your new item.

Returns are generally not accepted and are only accommodated with prior approval. Once approved and a return label is sent, you have 7 days to ship the item. If the tracking history does not confirm the package was scanned within 7 days of the approval date, the return will be cancelled and the item will not be accepted.

What is the difference between "Heirloom" and "Classic" styles?

Best For: That "lived-in" oversized look and customers who want a piece that lasts for years. 2. The Classic Fit (Standard Choice): Brand: Gildan or Jerzees The Feel: Traditional soft fleece interior. It is lighter weight and has that familiar cozy sweatshirt feel. Best For: Everyday wear and a budget-friendly option without sacrificing the quality of the embroidery design.
