UPDATE: The seller messaged me and apologized and explained the embossing was not deep enough. They are shipping a replacement case out now and we should receive in 7-10days. I appreciate the customer service and hope to receive the product soon! I wanted to write a positive review but unfortunately I cannot. This was purchased for my daughter for Christmas. The initials were missing a period and when I messaged the seller I was offered a $30 store credit with no offer to replace or refund. Now, 3 days after Christmas the initials are already starting to wear off. Disappointing.
