Made with: Mixed Fruits (Raisins, Prunes Cherries), Lime Peel, Flour, Sugar, Butter, Eggs, Flour, Rum, Wine, Milk, Vanilla extract, Almond and Anise essence. Mixed fruits are blended and macerated in rum and wine, and spices for over one month.

Our cakes are lightly soaked Wine and Jamaican Rum for just the right amount of added flavor.
