1970 Retro Chic


The compacts have been untouched for over 50 years and are in excellent condition. These vintage pieces were made to be shown off: use one as a pill case or for a quick makeup touchup.

Description UPDATE- A Compact collector gave me new details (that I did not know prior )that these were originally made for "Secret of the Sea" by Dorothy Gray Co.as pressed powder compacts

I have full case of these, the box is labeled by Volupte, showing "Customer" as Lehn & Fink (they purchased the Dorothy Gray company)

***They are in original condition, not cleaned or polished please see the last picture, the foam used for packing has dried up after 50 years-

I purposely do not clean to maintain their original condition***

They have been in storage since 1970!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Simply clean the mirror with Windex or any glass cleaner

LAST PICTURE IS THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FROM DOROTHY GRAY DEPICTING HOW IT WAS SOLD IN THE 1960'S-70'S, MY COMPACTS DO NOT COME WITH ANYTHING PICTURED IN THE LAST PICTURE
