Bought this veil for my wedding, as soon as I went to open the clasp to attach to my dress in my fitting with alterations it fell apart in my hand like it was barely held together . The is the most cheep veil I have ever handled and definitely not worth the price, tried returning the product because it was broken and was only given the option of 10% off my next purchase! Are you joking !! I have better customer service from Walmart! I though Etsy would have more quality products but I guess I was wrong 😑

This review is a bit confusing to me. On the 1st of February you left 5 stars review but a week later you changed it to a 1 star review....How appears you were happy with your purchase and then the item appeared to be broken? All the items are checked before sent out and they are quality.Also,it's the first buyer that says this cape is not quality.Also,the policy says that buyers have 14 days to return the items they are not happy with. This item was kept for over 14 days,therefore it can't be returned/refunded. I always do my best to keep my customers happy and I will continue to do so.
