The measurements for each product in our shop are provided in the relevant product description so that you can easily check sizing before you place your order. If you’re unsure, please do feel free to message us and we will happily be able to help you!

If you have not selected a tracked upgrade to your delivery at the checkout, your order will be sent with our standard delivery service. Where possible, orders received before 4pm are dispatched that day. Orders received after 4pm on weekdays or at the weekend will be sent the following working day (unless we can squeeze it in before we head to the post office!)

Standard shipping is not tracked, however, we do offer a tracked shipping upgrade that you can select at the checkout once you have added your items to your basket.
All customers who place an order will receive an email via Etsy when we dispatch it which will show your estimated delivery window.

Yes! As our 100% organic cotton beanie is made from natural fibres which have less elastic properties than synthetic materials it may feel a little more snug initially.
It is designed this way to allow for a small amount of stretch that will come through use as the hat adapts to fit your head over time to make it the perfect fit for you. This also makes sure you get the most use out of your new hat as possible and can enjoy it for a long time to come.

We want everyone to feel confident ordering from us and understand that it can be difficult buying clothing and accessories without seeing them in person first, so we accept returns for any items that our customers are not 100% happy with.

We’re sure you'll love your order, but should you need to return it here's what will happen:

- Message us with the reason so we can provide support & confirm our returns address.
- Send item(s) with your name and order number clearly marked inside or on the parcel
- We will issue the refund & send a confirmation

Please note that in accordance with the returns policy displayed on our product listings, we are unable to cover return shipping except on the rare occasion that an item is confirmed as faulty

All of our products are hand-finished and packed in the UK with our own in-house designed branding and labeling.
The final design of our products is our own and any labels are hand-stitched in our studio in Buckinghamshire.
Please note that the base item or parts may be made outside of the UK due to limitations in our equipment, or the lack of availability of locally sourced items that are suitable and meet our ethics, sustainability requirements, and quality standards.
We have extremely high company values and will only work with other manufacturers in these instances where we are satisfied that they match these values.
