Long Term Thermal Insulation - Double layered insulation provides excellent protection to your containers and keeps food & drinks warm or cold and fresh for 4 to 6 hours. The interior lining is a soft food grade premium PVC which means you can place food and fruits directly in the bag.

Returns or exchanges are offered within the contiguous United States on all tote purchases, unless otherwise noted. This offer is valid for one return or exchange per order. Personalized/Monogrammed totes are considered final sale merchandise and cannot be returned.

Customization Info
We can engrave a "Name" or "Initials" on the bag. Our traditional engraving location is "centered on the bottom pocket" of the lunch bag in our Garamond font. The T|W at the top of the bag is our standard logo.

Please add your engraving request to the “Add your personalization” box and be double-check to make sure the number of characters does not exceed the number of characters allowed.

We use USPS & UPS shipping services. We provide tracking numbers to all our customers.

USA - 2-3 business days
Customized items may require 1 or 2 more days to ship.

International - You will get an estimated shipping time at check out based on your region. The processes of customs are not related to our shop. The items may be delivered later than the expected time because of customs process.
