How do I find and download my files?

To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer. (It isn't possible to download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. Even on a phone, you will need to sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser.) How to Find and Download your Digital File from Kristie Print Co: Log in to your Etsy account Click on “You” (top right beside the cart icon) Select “Purchases and reviews” Find the correct order. Click on “Download Files” (to the right of the order) The file will go to your “Downloads” folder on your computer or phone. You will also have a download link sent to your email. You may want to check your spam folder to see if the email went there.

How do I find my editable template?

If you buy an editable template, you will receive an email from Jet Template with a link to your template. If you don't see the email, you may want to check your spam folder to see if the email is there. If you pay with apple pay, Jet Template will not see your email address. I usually address this by sending you a message within 24 hours with the link to your template. Note that templates expire in 1 year.

If I buy a bundle, how will I receive all the files?

Some bundles have all editable files. Jet Template will send a link to your email where you can edit and download all of them. Some bundles have some ready to print files, and you will receive the link to these downloads as soon as you order from Etsy. See the first question above if you need help locating your files.

Can I get a matching birthday sign or party favor to go with my printable invitation?

Sure! Send me a message and I will create one for you.

How long will my files be available for download after purchasing?

The editable templates are available for 365 days. If you need them longer, just send me a message. The ready to print files don't expire.
