This is a custom house portrait that is perfect for a house warming gift, anniversary, or a newlywed couple. It is digitally hand drawn and sent via email as jpeg and pdf (png upon request). This is not a physical item, but a digital image. I automatically draw it as a 8x10 and the image can be printed on 8.5 x 11 paper or card stock. You can send the jpeg to a photo center or office center to have it printed. You can also buy some specialty paper, such a linen cover stock or handmade paper and use it in your printer at home to print the image.

Once purchased:

1. Send me a message with the photo attached (or share real estate listing). Please provide a clear photo of the house at the angle you prefer. I draw directly from the photo. Please do not ask for an angled photo to be made straight on and vice versa. If there is anything specific or special/unique you would like included, please let me know.

2. Please included address. I often use google maps to zoom in for some details.

3. Proof will be sent within 2-3 business day for any edits before final files will be emailed.
