Return for undeliverable orders

Our shop policy is no return or exchange. In unusual situations, orders returned due to reasons not caused by the seller, e.g. undeliverable address, unclaimed, or delivered but recipient did not pick up at post office timely due to mail hold or other reasons, there will be a 20% re-stocking charge of the merchandise price, or 30% if it requires extra time on delivery issues. For bulk orders, re-stocking charge is 50% of price. Unclaimed returns are subject to 25% handling fees per month. No refund can be issued after 120 days of original delivery. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If the order was purchased with "free shipping", shipping charges will be deducted from refund as "free shipping" cannot be applied toward cancelled orders.

Customer must pay for shipping cost to re-send returned orders to the original address again, or to a new address because original shipping charge was already used and cannot be used again. Post office or other mail carriers will not deliver any mail without new unused postage.

Post office or other mail carrier issues

Seller cannot be responsible for any post office or other mail carrier issues. Mail delivery and pick up are issues between recipient and the post office or other mail carriers. Seller has no control on delivery operations, and that include, but are not limited to mail loss and mail delay due to holiday, weather, power outage in the area, or any other reasons.

U.S. Post Office Verifiable Address

Customer must put in a shipping address that is verified and accepted by the U.S. Post Office. If an unverified or unverifiable address is entered, customer bears the cost of postage on all occasions and the risk of order not being delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to follow up with post office on all mail delivery issues.

3. Filling choices – The wrists and elbow rests are filled with rice and/or high quality lavender buds. The two choices of fillings are:

Please note that these desk pieces contain fillings and cannot be washed, spot clean only.
