How Do I Know What Size Hoop To Buy?

Hoops are measured from inside edge to inside edge: this is the INNER hoop diameter. It’s usually measured with a caliper, but you can also use a ruler. Measure the distance from your piercing hole to the edge of your nose, cartilage, or lobe. This is the smallest inner diameter you can wear for a snug fit. For beaded hoops, add 1 mm to allow space for the beads. Common hoop sizes (may vary depending on individual facial features): • 5 mm – Ultra snug • 6 mm – Super snug • 7 mm – Snug • 8 mm – Standard fit for most • 9 mm – Looser fit • 10 mm – Extra loose fit

Gauge refers to the thickness of the wire that goes through your piercing. A smaller gauge number means a thicker wire. Gauge Guide • 16 gauge (1.2 mm) – very thick • 18 gauge (1.0 mm) – thick • 20 gauge (0.8 mm) – standard • 22 gauge (0.6 mm) – thin • 24 gauge (0.5 mm) – ultra thin

SOLID Gold Information

Solid gold does not rust, tarnish or corrode, and it will never lose its color or fade over time. It is priced for its lasting beauty that improves with age. Gold jewelry is always a worthy investment and the price of gold is more stable in times of economic depression. Gold Information • 9K gold is 9 parts pure gold or 37.5% pure. • 10K gold is 10 parts pure gold or 41.7% pure. • 14K gold is 14 parts pure gold or 58.5% pure. • 18K gold is 18 parts pure gold or 75% pure. • 24K gold is all 24 parts are pure gold or 100% pure.

SILVER CARE: No matter if pure or mixed, nothing stops silver from tarnishing. When exposed to air, a chemical reaction creates silver sulfate. ⭐Avoid contact with salt water, chlorine, cleaning agents, and beauty products. ⭐Clean gently with a soft polishing cloth (available at most jewelry shops). ⭐Store in a closed box, separate from other jewelry, to slow down tarnishing.

Gave this to my roommate for Christmas and I believe she liked it very much. This was more delicate than I was expecting. Since I ordered during the holidays it took 3-4 weeks to deliver.
