Three whiskey recipes, one classic and two they haven't had:

• Classic Old Fashioned — Oranges, apricots, cherries, lemons, and limes with maple and orange bitters infused sugar. The one everyone recognizes, done properly.

• Apple Pie Old Fashioned — Apple cider, cinnamon, apples, oranges, and limes. Tastes like fall in a glass and it's the jar most people are surprised by.

• Pear & Fig Whiskey Sour — Pears, a whole fig, and our sweet-and-sour mix. Sweet and tangy, and unlike anything they'll have tried from a bottle.

All three work with bourbon or whiskey, so there's only one bottle to buy.

How it works:
1. Pour your own bourbon or whiskey into the jar — the label tells you how much
2. Let it infuse for 2 to 8 hours
3. Follow the simple pouring instructions.

Ready the same day you open it. A shorter steep gives a lighter, brighter flavor; go the full 8 hours for something bolder. Everything you need is printed on each jar, so there's nothing to look up.

Two sizes:

Shelf life & storage
• Unopened, kits keep about 11 months from the day they ship. We guarantee at least 9 months of shelf life remaining when your order arrives, so it's safe to buy well ahead of an occasion.
• Store the sealed jars somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight.
• Once infused, strain out the fruit and solids and keep the infused whiskey refrigerated.
• Each jar is made for one infusion. Once the fruit has given up its flavor and the infused sugars have dissolved, a second pour comes out thin. We pack every jar for one excellent batch rather than stretching it across two. The jars themselves are yours to keep.
