This a Traditional Hook with heavily textured escutcheon plate. Hand forged in my Redmond, Oregon blacksmith shop, this solid iron hook is a nice accent to any home combining decorative functionality and the strength of solid iron. Decorative hooks not only look great, but are handy as a coat hook, hat hook, hanging robes, towels, purses, backpacks or... I'll let you be creative!

I heat the metal in my forge, beat it using a hammer, anvil, and other traditional blacksmithing tools into a desired shape. As a craftsman, what's important to me is to focus on the quality of each piece.

The color is a very dark gray and are sealed with an interior clear spray. We do not paint the hooks since this hides some of the hammer marks that create interesting light lines therefore, taking away from the hand forged look. We are happy to leave them raw omitting the clear spray if you would like to paint them to match your decor. Decorative screws included.

Measurement: 3" long x 1 3/4" wide x 2 3/4" projection, approximately.
