I can understand why so many seem to like this pattern. It didn't work for me but I was using two strands of thinner yarns held together which was my own decision because I wanted to use up yarns I had. So, any problems with sizing were my own fault. That being said, I do wish the final construction instructions would have been more detailed with more diagrams and/or pictures. I felt like it required me to interpret the instructions too much from too few pictures. But, in general, a decent pattern, especially, I'm sure, if you do your homework, read the pattern thoroughly to make sure you understand what you're doing, make sure you're using the correct materials, and take the time to do test gauges and take your measurements.
